| 2805 spent her last day on run-6 of rt.3 (Main - Chinatown) on April 20th, 2008 and officially marked the final chapter of the operation of Flyer E901A / E902 trolleybuses in the Greater Vancouver region. The very first Flyer trolleybuses were introduced to the Vancouverites back in 1982, and they took a very important role in the history of the Vancouver trolleybus operation. Finally, their mission is over as the New Flyer low-floor trolleybuses (E40LFR / E60LFR) will succeed the duty and marks the start of another new era of Vancouver's trolleybus system which was first implemented in 1948. |
